Tilly’s Treat ‘Healthier’ Mylkshake

Craving something sweet after dinner? Try this instead to fix your sweet craving and not hurt the waistline! This milkshake pairs well with an episode of MAFS or the Bachelor.


  • Slice banana’s and place in blender

  • Add cinnamon, honey, almond milk and protein powder

  • Scoop out 3 spoonfuls of Tilly’s Guilt Free Cool Beans Vanilla ‘n Fudge

  • Blitz them all up until desired texture is achieved

  • Top with fresh banana slices, and a sprinkle of chia seeds


  • 1 banana

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup of almond mylk (or whichever mylk you prefer)

  • 1 scoop of preferred protein powder

Tilly’s Treat Fruity Banana Split

  • 1 Banana, cut in half

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • Raspberries

  • Strawberries, cut in half

  • Tilly’s Guilt Free Silky Salt Caramel

  • Silvered almonds, toasted


  • Slice Banana down the middle and lay on a plate

  • Sprinkle Chia Seeds over the top

  • Place sliced strawberries either side of the banana

  • Scoop out desired amount of Tilly’s Guilt Free (we recommend about three scoops!)

  • Add raspberries on top of the Tilly’s Guilt Free

  • Sprinkle toasted slivered almonds (adds a delicious bit of crunch!)
